Dairy UK's comprehensive range of training courses are module based to ensure full flexibility for members, and are delivered through informal sessions of 2 – 3 hours at a time, aimed at processing and manufacturing businesses, doorstep and wholesale managers, rounds and yard staffs, franchisees and Bottled Milk Buyers.

All courses have been specifically developed with practical input from dairymen and employ a practical, ‘hands on’ approach focused to suit the industry’s learning style, whilst still addressing carefully identified training and skills needs.
