Dairy UK offers its members a full range of tailor made training aimed at processing and manufacturing businesses, doorstep and wholesale managers, rounds and yard staff, franchisees and Bottled Milk Buyers. These are module based and are delivered through informal sessions from 1-4 hours at a time and include:

The Peak District Dairy Wagon is a mobile dairy processing facility, where farmers and their families from the Peak District and surrounding areas can learn dairy skills.   On board is equipment to make cheese, ice cream, butter, creams, yoghurts and other dairy products. The Dairy Wagon is driven by a technician who teaches the farmer how to make the products.
