The Dairy UK Industry Code of Practice Working Party have been working for some time to develop a formal industry guide for the Dairy Industry on Milk and Dairy Products. This has now been agreed with the Food Standards Agency and is published today (25 August 2010) in draft format and can be downloaded below.

If you are involved in the manufacture / processing of milk and dairy products, the content of this official Industry Guide to compliance with the hygiene legislation could significantly affect your business.  Therefore we are seeking your comments on it.
